Drums
The drums or rather the drum-kit is an ensemble of drums and crash cymbals which produce sounds not audibly melodic, but intensely rhythmical, when hit with mallets or brushes, or using the provided foot pedals. The drums as an organic ensemble provide the stability of the rhythm and also the necessary subdivision of time, aimed at created a characteristic rhythmic frame for every musical theme; while simultaneously embellishing musical phrases with the variety of their sound. It goes without saying that the drums basically replace the percussion instruments which are encountered in the classical music orchestras.
Beautiful application of drums with an intense dynamic emotional presence can be found in Jazz, Latin music, Rock and even in all regional folk or demotic music.
Besides the excellent knowledge of the musical temporal values and their metric system, the study of drums leads to the mastering of exceptionally impressive techniques of a singular complexity, which concern both the hands and the feet and their completely inter-independent use.

- Level 1-2 Basic Class
- Level 3-6 Intermediate Class
- Level 7-10 Advanced Class
- Level 11-12 Master (Diploma level)
